Product Description

Dipping Waxed Carton is a heavy-duty professional food-grade packaging carton adopting full dipping wax coating technology, different from ordinary surface spray wax boxes. The whole paper carton is completely soaked and infused with premium food-safe wax, making the wax layer penetrate into the paper fiber gaps thoroughly. This unique dipping process delivers stronger, more durable waterproof, greaseproof and moisture-proof performance, effectively resisting long-term soaking of food juice, soup, grease and humid air. The carton will not soften, deform, leak oil or break even in high-humidity and high-oil environments. Made of thickened high-toughness food-grade paper, it features stable hardness and excellent compression resistance. The foldable locking structure enables tool-free assembly and firm sealing, perfectly adapting to long-distance delivery and stacked storage. Fully customizable in size, structure and full-color printing, this biodegradable dipping wax carton is a high-end durable packaging solution for premium catering, fresh food, fried food and cold chain takeaway packaging.
