This series of PP Corrugated Box is manufactured with high-quality polypropylene hollow corrugated sheet, also widely known as corflute, coroplast or plastic hollow board crate, serving as a multi-scenario reusable packaging solution replacing disposable paper cartons and heavy solid plastic containers.

 

The product adopts integrated molding processing with stable physical performance, applicable to cross-border export logistics, factory internal material circulation, supermarket distribution, cold chain fresh product transportation, electronic workshop turnover and moving storage scenes. All raw materials comply with international environmental protection export standards, without harmful volatile substances, and can be completely recycled after service life without generating solid waste pollution.

 

Multiple structural styles are available including fixed integrated boxes, foldable flat-pack boxes, heat-sealed closed crates and open turnover baskets. Auxiliary structures such as hand grips, ventilation holes, separation baffles and edge reinforcing strips can be matched according to customer actual usage scenarios. Surface printing supports single-color and multi-color silk printing, UV digital printing to display brand information, product specifications and warning marks clearly.

 

For special industrial demand, functional modification can be done on raw material formula, including anti-static, flame retardant and food contact grade treatment to adapt electronic factory, chemical workshop and food cold chain strict packaging requirements.
