Q1: What's your minimum order quantity for custom printed & custom scent?
A: Our MOQ is 500 sets for customized design, custom fragrance and custom size. If you only need our existing stock patterns & ready fragrances without any changes, we support smaller trial orders, contact us for details.
Q2: Can I make my own exclusive brand fragrance instead of your 3 ready scents?
A: Yes. We support full custom fragrance development. You can provide your target aroma sample, or describe your desired scent notes, our fragrance supplier will match and create exclusive formula for your scent strips. Extra scent development fee will apply based on formula complexity.
Q3: Can I adjust the booklet size, not limited to 80*55mm sample size?
A: Absolutely. All dimensions can be customized according to your brand packaging, gift box or counter display demands, no fixed size restriction.
Q4: How many tearable scent strips in one booklet?
Each booklet has 12 pages, 3 pull & tear strips per page, total 36 aroma test strips per book.
Q5: What printing craft can you offer for the cover?
We support full color CMYK printing, gold/silver hot stamping, emboss/deboss texture, matte/gloss lamination, special serrated edge cutting as shown on the sample picture.
Q6: How long is the mass production lead time after sample confirmation?
Normally 7-12 working days for mass production, delivery time depends on order quantity and customized craft complexity. We will confirm exact schedule with you before production.
Q7: Do you provide pre-production samples before bulk order?
Yes. We can make physical custom samples for your checking on printing, scent and craft. Sample cost and courier freight will be charged, and sample fee can be partially refunded when you place formal bulk order over MOQ.
